USA & Canada DELIVERIES USA Standard Delivery $22.02 - (up to 12 working days) - Ideal for home delivery of non urgent orders to minimize carriage costs. up to 12 working days transit times should be allowed from when the order leaves our warehouse. This option will not guarantee delivery on a specific date and may be left in a safe location. Please allow at least 8 working days should you need to check your track code at USPS web page and after that contact our Customer Service for tracking purposes. Need it faster? USA & Canada Express Delivery* $63 - (2-3 working day) - Express Delivery is 1 working day from when the order leaves our warehouse. Depending on the weight and volume of your order, we will use an appropriate carrier to despatch your order. You need to place your order before 12 Noon for same day despatch, (USA Mainland only) this option may also result in your package being left in a safe location. Please allow four days should you need to contact our Customer Service team for tracking information. If your parcel is sent first by SEPOMEX Mail, please allow 8 working days before tracking at USPS web page. After the 15 working day period, you will be asked to complete and return a Denial of Receipt form, which will allow us to investigate the matter with USPS Mail. *We do not offer guaranteed delivery on a Saturday, Sunday, Bank Holidays, Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day. OVERSEAS DELIVERIES Standard Delivery International - (12 - 14 days) A more economical international service, but with a longer transit time. Standard Delivery International takes 12 - 15 working days transit time from when the order leaves our warehouse and does not guarantee a specific delivery date. Available worldwide, with certain restrictions. For Standard Delivery International to be offered, your order must be below a certain weight and volume. If you are not offered Standard Delivery International then your products have exceeded the weight, volume or order value limits and you will therefore be offered appropriate alternatives. Express Delivery International - (2 - 4 day) Our international express carrier provides a fully traceable delivery service. Normally 2 - 4 working days transit time from when the order leaves our warehouse. Some more remote addresses may incur longer transit times. Cost dependent on the weight and volume of your order. .

Returns & Replacements
We constantly strive to update and improve our delivery service to offer you competitive rates and fast and secure delivery. The contents of your order and your delivery address will determine which delivery service is used and the cost. We now offer 2 services for MEXICO mainland delivery, Local Currier – for all Republica Mexicana- as well Mexspost for Mexico City and Area Metropolitana. For USA & CANADA we offer USPS Express Delivery and your orders can be reached to your home in 6 - 7 working days. Other countries within EUROPE also we use Standard Delivery and have to be quotated before you confirm your order, as well all countries within ASIA. Delivery Options Mexico City and Metropolitan Area, Sepomex Republica Mexicana, Mexspost USA & CANADA USPS Express EUROPE ,Standard Delivery ASIA,Standard Delivery All rates can be viewed at the moment to finalize your order, (with exception of Asia & Europe wich must be quotated before you confirm your order. Republica Mexicana 3 - 4 working days, max weight 5Kg. Mexico City and Are Metropolitana 1 - 2 working days, max weight 5 Kg. EU and Non EU Countries 6-7 Day Service Max weight 2kg Rest of the World 12- 14 Days Service Max weight 2kg Please note that if an order is placed after 12 noon on a Thursday the next working day for delivery is the following Monday unless Sepomex Delivery Saturday Guaranteed is selected. We cannot be held responsible for any delays that occur in transit. Please note that we are unable to accept orders with delivery to PO Box number addresses. Although we try to get all our orders despatched on the day of the order, this may not always be possible for the following reasons: Products on Pre-Order or products that are not in stock at the time of ordering will be despatched in the period specified on the website. Sometimes we may need to make additional checks on your card details and will be awaiting a call back from the cardholder which could delay your order. Occasionally if a particular product is in high demand we will need to re-order from our suppliers. You will always be contacted by e-mail if this is the case and then you will have the right to cancel your order if you are not prepared to wait.In Custom items we don´t have Exchanges or refunds. Teamwear items are not kept as stock items and have to be ordered from our suppliers at all times. This process is normally complete in 7-10 working days. (Please note that this is what virtually all Teamwear sites do, as the ranges are so vast to keep all styles, colours and sizes in stock.) Please note that we are unable to deliver to certain locations around the world. If your order is not accepted by World Pay, when placing your order, this will be the reason and your order will not be accepted. If an exchange or refund is required, then the items should be returned to us, within 10 days of receipt of your order, in their original condition and packaging and in a manner that the goods are then in a resaleable condition. If you have found another item that you wish to exchange a product for, please return the original purchase to us, and we will gladly exchange the goods and resend them to yourself. (delivery charge will be re-charged at the discretion of the management) When returning goods to us, please write the reason and request on the back of the invoice (or copy), wrap securely and return to the address listed below. Faulty Goods If goods are thought to be faulty, please return them to our returns address as stated below, within a reasonable time of purchase.
